For Employers

The position you're in is the place we start.

Before we describe what we do, let's be honest about what you're dealing with — because the right solution looks very different depending on which of these sounds familiar.

The situations employers bring to us

01

Difficult-to-fill positions

The role has been open for months. The applicants aren't at the level you need — or there are no applicants at all.

02

Leadership gaps

A critical seat is empty — or about to be — and the cost of getting the next appointment wrong is measured in years.

03

Urgent hiring

A departure, a new contract, an unexpected resignation — you need credible people quickly, without cutting corners.

04

Confidential searches

A sensitive replacement or succession decision that cannot leak — to the market, the team, or the incumbent.

05

Weak candidate pipelines

Every search starts from zero. There's no bench of pre-assessed people who already know and respect your organization.

06

Expansion & specialist shortages

New markets, new sites, new capabilities — and talent that doesn't exist in the volume or geography you need.

How We Help

Not a pitch. A plan, built around your situation.

Every engagement starts the same way: we diagnose which problem you actually have. Sometimes it's search. Sometimes it's structure. Sometimes it's an offer that needs rebuilding before anyone credible will accept it.

Then a named senior partner takes ownership — calibrating the requirement, mapping the market, running a disciplined process, and staying accountable through the first year of the hire.

You get a curated shortlist, market intelligence as standard, and honest counsel when the market pushes back.

Questions Employers Ask

Before the first conversation

For contingent mandates, a calibrated first shortlist typically arrives within ten business days. Retained executive searches usually present within four to six weeks, depending on specification complexity.

Fees depend on engagement model, level and region, and are confirmed in a written proposal before work begins. Retained mandates use milestone-based payments tied to deliverables.

Every placement carries a guarantee period, with twelve-month aftercare on executive searches. If a hire leaves within the guarantee period, we re-search at no additional cost.

Yes — with delivery hubs in five regions, we regularly run cross-border mandates and manage local nuances in contracts, compensation, notice periods and relocation.

Confidential mandates follow strict protocols: candidates approached without naming the client until mutual interest is established, NDAs where required, and a need-to-know internal brief.
