Executive Search

How we find leaders.

Some appointments define a decade. C-suite, board and pivotal leadership searches are conducted by our senior partners personally — with the discretion, research depth and negotiation craft these mandates demand.

Why It Is Different

Executive search is not recruitment with a higher fee

Ordinary recruitment waits for applicants. Executive search goes to find the person — usually someone successful, well-rewarded and not considering a move — and builds the conditions under which a move becomes worth considering.

It is research-led rather than advertising-led. The client is often unnamed until mutual interest exists. Assessment is deeper, because the cost of error is measured in years and strategy, not salary months.

And it is confidential by necessity — because a leaked leadership search can destabilize a company before the shortlist exists.

When The Stakes Rise

The mandates where
search becomes strategy

Confidential searches. Replacing a sitting executive or exploring succession without market visibility. We operate under strict need-to-know protocols — both sides protected.

Hard-to-find leadership. Roles requiring rare combinations — sector experience, transformation record, language, geography — that no applicant pool will produce.

Succession-sensitive appointments. Where the outgoing leader, the board and the incoming executive all need careful, sequenced handling.

The Methodology

A retained protocol, followed without exception

01

Mandate

Stakeholder interviews shape a leadership specification tied to strategy.

02

Market Mapping

Systematic identification of leaders across target and adjacent organizations.

03

Assessment

Track record, leadership style, motivation and chemistry — evidence-based.

04

Shortlist

A small, curated slate of genuine contenders — never a volume exercise.

05

Engagement

Deep diligence, references with operators, offer architecture and close.

06

Appointment

Resignation support, onboarding design and twelve-month aftercare.

Our Commitment

We answer for the appointment, not the interview

Every retained mandate includes structured check-ins at 30, 90, 180 and 365 days — for the leader and for you. If an appointment fails inside the guarantee period, we re-search at no additional fee.

Few searches are accepted relative to those proposed. We would rather decline a mandate than run one we cannot lead brilliantly.

"The question is never whether we can find people for the role. It is whether we can find the person the role actually requires."
